Ray Jones
Senior Pastor Ray came to Ridgecrest Baptist Church in February 2001. Prior to his call to Ridgecrest, he headed the Personal Evangelism Division for the North American Mission Board (NAMB) of the Southern Baptist Convention. While there, Ray and his team were involved in the development of a national evangelism strategy entitled "THE NET" which is currently being used in more than 6,000 churches nationwide. Before leaving NAMB, he served as pastor of the Fifth Avenue Baptist Church in St. Petersburg, FL for three years. During that time attendance grew from 150 to a membership of more than 1100. He is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University. He also did graduate work at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Ray is originally from Birmingham, AL. God has used him in a mighty way through his time in ministry and leadership. We are excited to have Ray and his family here as he leads Ridgecrest forward on the journey. |

Keith
Sewell Assistant to the Pastor Keith came to Ridgecrest Baptist Church in August of 2001. Prior to his call to Ridgecrest, he was the Associate Pastor of Rehobeth Baptist Church in Rehobeth, AL. He is a graduate of the Baptist College of Florida where he received a Bachelors in Theology. His responsibilities at Ridgecrest include planning, leading, and supervising in the areas of Public Relations, Assimilation, assistance to the Senior Pastor as well as other various responsibilities. He is from a local community called Fadette. Keith was recently married in January of 2002. He and his wife are a wonderful part of the RBC Ministerial Team. |

Orrin
Barrett Minister of Pastoral Care Orrin came to Ridgecrest Baptist Church in November 1986. Prior to his call to Ridgecrest, he served as pastor, co-pastor, and associate pastor in churches located in Dothan and Marianna, FL. He graduated from the Baptist College of Florida and the University of Mobile. Orrin's responsibilities include: overseeing Ridgecrest's Pastoral Care Ministries, providing visitation to those in the hospital, and special ministry to those who are bereaved. He is originally from Tuscaloosa, AL. Orrin and his family are a tremendous asset to the RBC Ministerial Team. |

Charles
Olive Minister of Administration Charles became Minister of Administration for Ridgecrest Baptist Church in January of 1994. He has been a member of RBC since December of 1964. During his time here, prior to his call, he served in various responsibilities such as: teacher, department director, Sunday School director, Deacon, and committee member for many committees. He retired from the NCR Corporation in Dothan, AL in 1993. Charles' responsibilities as Minister of Administration include: responsibility for all church support services, supervision of financial services and supervision of operations and maintenance of the church facilities. Charles keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine here at RBC. He and his family are a blessing to the RBC Ministerial Team. |

Tim
Bristow Minister of Children Tim began serving Ridgecrest Baptist Church in October of 1991. He served as Minister to Children & Youth at Eastmont Baptist Church in Montgomery, AL, prior to his call to Ridgecrest. He is a graduate of the University of Mobile and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His responsibilities include providing leadership and supervision for the various children's ministries and activities for children grade 1-6. Tim is a local guy who was born and raised in Dothan. He was saved, called to the ministry, and licensed to the Gospel ministry here at RBC. He and his family are a vital part of the RBC Ministerial Team. |

Rick
West Minister of Education & Discipleship Rick began serving Ridgecrest Baptist Church in January of 1998. Prior to his call to Ridgecrest he served churches in Florida and North Carolina as Minister of Education and Music. He is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Rick's responsibilities include coordinating Christian Education of all kinds; leading the Sunday School ministry, and providing leadership for other additional ministries. He is originally from Ft. Myers, FL. He and his family are truly a blessing to the RBC Ministerial Team. |

Tim
Willis Minister of Music & Worship Tim is no newcomer to the scene at Ridgecrest Baptist Church. He began ministering here in August 1981. He is originally from Florala, AL. He graduated from Troy State University. Tim's responsibilities include preparing, leading, and supervising the various music ministries of RBC as well as leading the Ridgecrest family to worship God through music. He and his family are an integral part of the RBC Ministerial Team. |

Aaron Dickinson Youth Pastor Aaron came to Ridgecrest in June 2005. Prior to serving Ridgecrest, Aaron was Youth and Family Pastor at First Baptist Church DeRidder, LA and served other churches in Louisiana and Texas. He attended L.S.U. in Baton Rouge and graduated from East Texas Baptist University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. His responsibilities include encouraging, equipping, and empowering youth (grades 7-12), their parents, and their leaders. Originally from Marshall, TX, Aaron and his family are a welcome addition to the Ridgecrest ministry team. |

Shirley
Leach Child Development Center Director Shirley began serving Ridgecrest in June of 1999. Prior to coming onboard at Ridgecrest she taught schools throughout Georgia and Alabama. She was born in North Carolina and has lived in New York, Tennessee, and Georgia. She is a graduate of East Tennessee State University. She has also done graduate work at the University of Georgia. Shirley provides leadership and direction for our Child Development Center. We are proud to have Shirley on the RBC Team. |

Scarlyte
Collette Director of Preschool Ministries Scarlyte became part of the Ridgecrest Ministerial Team in February 2002. Prior to her call to Ridgecrest she was a teacher at Grace Bible Academy. Scarlyte is originally from Tallahassee, FL. While there in Tallahassee, Scarlyte, attended school at Tallahassee Community College and Florida State University. Also during her time in Florida she served as Youth Ministries Coordinator with the Big Bend Child Evangelism Fellowship. Scarlyte's responsibility at Ridgecrest is to supervise, plan, and coordinate the Preschool Ministry. Which, to say the least, is quite a daunting task. Scarlyte and her husband are a vital part of the Ridgecrest Team. |
