I recently came across a very interesting article titled Reading Habits of Ultra-Successful People. The article begins with the following, "Want to know one habit ultra-successful people have in common? They read. A lot." Warren Buffett would read 600-1000 pages a day at the beginning of his investing career, and according to the article, he still devotes about 80% of each day to reading. Bill Gates reads 50 books a year. Mark Cuban reads three hours a day. When asked how he learned to build rockets, Elon Musk said, "I read books." Mark Zuckerberg,
Now if that is important to success in the world, how much more valuable is reading for the Christian who wants to grow and be a Spiritual success? And here is the reading path: if you want to make progress in the Christian life, read the Word of God, learn from its message and then put it into practice. In other words, the Bible is the preeminent book of instruction for success in life! So read… read biographies, read history, read spiritually themed books, but most of all read daily the Word of God. Meditate on it day and night, do all that it says, and then you will find good success.
